Konijänkkä is a small family-run farm that offers horse & husky tours at the foot of Ylläs fell, in the small village of Äkäslompolo, Finnish Lapland. We provide horse riding tours, sleigh rides, pony rides for kids, husky farm visits, hikes and thrilling husky safari tours in Ylläs wilderness.

Konijänkkä is easy to reach by car or on foot year-round from the Äkäslompolo village. From Jouni Shopping Centre, it’s about a 2.5 km walk along a scenic path by Lake Äkäslompolo – and the views along the way are truly beautiful! At the farm, you can take part in activities of your choice.

Snow-free season activities help balance the demands of the winter season, support the dogs’ mental well-being, and help us to develop our operations around sustainability and animal welfare even further!
